If login fails, make sure you are using your WebPass credentials and they are correct. If login to Student Admin keeps failing, visit our WebPass Login Checker and try to login there. If it fails:

1. Reset your WebPass password at identity.uzh.ch
2. Wait 10 minutes
3. Try the Login Checker and Student Admin again.
   (if login still fails, contact Central IT)

Contatc us only if login works for the Login Checker but not for Student Admin. When writing us, include in your mail a screeshots of the success-screen from Login Checker as well as a screenshot of the error message in Student Admin.
