If login fails, make sure you are using your WebPass credentials and they are correct. If login to Student Admin keeps failing, try some other WebPass login (e.g. for Zora) and reset your password at identity.uzh.ch if this fails.

Contatc us only if login works for Zora but not for Student Admin. When writing us, include in your mail the username used as well as a screeshot of the error message from Student Admin.
